Fall Kitchen And Bathroom Decor

When it comes to kitchen and bathroom it is a little bit difficult to think about fall decor, but not impossible. I’ve done some research and I found some cute ideas. The first one is to make toothbrushes, cotton pads, candles holder *for bathroom*, and supports for salt, pepper and sugar for the kitchen; Paint some vases where you can put flowers for both bathroom and kitchen; As I said before, about the bedroom and living room decor, paintings are a good idea also for bathroom and kitchen, but in my opinion this time it should only contain quotes.

Monchrome Home

Recently, I collected a lot of  photos with monochrome homes and I decided to put a photo with every room in the house and create my own house combining photos from different houses. First of all, I chose this living room, because it is almost all black and intimate. Of couse, I choose an all white bedroom, because you know me, my love for all white rooms. The kitchen is more white, with different textures. All blue for the bathroom, to make me feel like I am beside the ocean every time I have a shower.

But most of all, it looks like the ideal place to relax and spend precious moments with your loved one. The house is situated in Northern California, hidden in the woods in a beautiful scenery. The whole structure came at a cost of only $1000 and it is run entirely on solar power so it is an environmentally conscious establishment. There is a large area where you can sit and do your daily activities and then transform it into a sleeping space. Gardening Tips: Colour Your Fall Garden

One of the biggest gardening tips I ever learned was to plan a garden that had perennials blooming all season. It’s so easy to have blooms in the spring, the early summer, high summer and even into August. But to get perennials that bloom in the fall is another challenge. Here’s eight plants you can add to your perennial border to have blooms right through to the end of October (or beyond in some areas).   Crysanthemums: It’s the obvious choice….late bloomers that withstand frost, mums are the perfect fall flower. They come in a myriad of colours, heights and size of blooms. But a lot of people don’t have much success with them. Mostly because we buy the wrong mum. Those mums you find at the grocery store in pots really aren’t hardy enough to withstand a cold, snowy winter and will most likely not return come spring. So make [ Continue reading ]

Treat Your Cat Royally

Create for you and your family!   Looking on the internet for a DIY product, I found a really games and animals lover, that designed a bed for his cat in the shape based on Chain Chomp character from the Super Mario Bros. He designs something that could sit in a room as art, but also have a practical use. The box that Chain Chomp’s attached to has hinges mounted from the inside to hide them, but to let you open the box for storage. It is not only a bed, but a piece of furniture that could be found attractive because if its form. For me, this is an obviously product of the human imagination, which tries to push the limits. The maker also shows the steps of the doing-process and everybody could try it at home. An important aspect that you should take into consideration if you think [ Continue reading ]

3D Experience in Your House

Do you want something new and innovative in your house? Here you could find the solution! Imperial, a company from Dubai, has cornered the 3D floor design market for now, but this product is too popular to remain exclusive for long. According to Imperial, liquid 3D floors are a recent innovation first used in hotels, offices, and shopping centers. However, they insist it’s a misconception that decorative screed can only be used in the bathroom or toilet – in fact, 3D floors are suitable for any room, “and even villas.” In other words, here is the idea of design your house using the new technologies. I found this very interesting and impressive, because you could bring the image of nature in your house. The 3D images are spectacular, and the sense of reality is intense! I would bring this in my house!
