A New Concept – UFO Floating House

With the sea level rising as a result of global warming, the low-lying, peolple found an alteternative for the conventional houses on the ground. The floating house is not a new concept, but some architects took it at a new level – The UFO Floating House. While you can always head for the hills to wait out the apocalypse, a more stylish option could be a fully sustainable floating home from Italian mini yacht-maker Jet Capsule. The company has drawn up a concept for a saucer-shaped UFO, or Unidentified Floating Object, which offers a completely off-grid existence floating on the ocean.

The company’s co-founders, Pierpaolo Lazzarini and Luca Solla, the UFO is intended for “living in a floating house and moving slowly around the world.” “Slowly” in this case means a leisurely maximum speed of 3.5 knots (6.5 km/h, 4 mph), using a waterjet-propelled Torqeedo Deep Blue 1800 electric motor.

This motor is connected to a battery that draws energy generated from 40 sq. m (430 sq. ft.) of solar panels in a closable lid atop the structure. So, it id also Eco-Friendly.

If you want to move the house think twice before you chose a conventional house. If you love traveling and you are not seasick a floating house can be the best idea for you!

It's all about flowers and colors as I said to you in the previous post, but this time I'm coming not only with trends,
but also with more concrete ideas. 
It's impossible for you to dislike this post if you love flowers, bright colors, luminous and clean spaces.
 Not to mention the pleasant smell of spring flowers!

So let's start:

1.Coral details;

- Add a pop of color;
-Looks incredible and fresh; 
-Combined with white dishes -Clear, bright space;
-Coral flowers - everyone's favorites.

2.Farm House Style;

A farm house wouldn't be complete without plants, and rustic details. Add a rustic carpet on your floor or rustic 
sheets on your bed. If you are not a fan of real flowers because you don't have time to take care of it you can buy 
some faux ones and it will look as beautiful as they were real.


 
3.Contrasting Colors;

Intense colors combined with each other might not seem as a good idea for you, but trust me this spring they are
a real trend!
 
 
4.Pops of Pastels;

Pastels are not only for clothes this spring, but also for furniture, carpets, walls and so on. This will be my
favorite trend! 
    
5.Don't ignore the lavender.

3 Spring Trends

If you haven’t already thought about redecorating something in your house with the arrival of spring, well now is the time!

If you wonder what should you change I suggest to find places in your house which are in need of a little bit of life.

The first trend I’d like to speak about is the Color White. I know, I know white isn’t really a color, but this spring you need to bring light in your house and decorating in white (and add a pop of color) is the main thing to do for a brighter home.

The second trend speaks about imposing colors as green, baby blue, yellow on velvet couches and on little accessories like flower vases, a green plant, a blanket or candle jars.

The last, but not the least trend speaks about decorating with a mix of patterns. I mean, try to mix something that fits with the idea of decoration in your mind, but try not to overdecorate ( I mean paint walls in patterns and also put a carpet with lots of pattern).

P.S: Geometric patterns are a real trend!

From all three trends, I have to admit that the last one is my favorite, because these days I really have a passion for geometric tattoos, patterns, sheets and so on. Which one is your favorite?

For the living room the things are simpler, because the space is bigger and you have enough room to place spacious paints and decors.

First of all, I would choose for a custom paint, not too big, but also not to small. *if you want the smaller version you can make more of it;

Another good idea is to decorate your own candles and also the table where you put them, use some fake leaves, some colored pinecones, maybe some acorns;

The last, but not least idea is to put a cozy blanket on your sofa.

A garden in the house? Sounds a little bit strange, I know, but for me this is again an original idea which inspires and makes me to want increasingly more to live in a house, not in an apartment.

What could be better than sitting in the living room, on a winter evening, relaxing with a cup of hot chocolate and surround a small garden with plants? I do not find it difficult to maintain, as long as it isn’t large and occupies only a small part of your space.

I said this too in previous articles and I think it is something worth to remind when decorating our space: feng shui encourage the use of many herbs and natural elements to decorate the house , so a kindergarten inside the living room does not sound bad at all , right?
